Raysa Hache, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC

Raysa Hache, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC, is an adult nurse practitioner for Optum – Little Havana and Optum – Westchester in Miami, Florida. From 1991 to 1995 she worked in a military hospital in the Dominican Republic as a primary care physician attending primarily adult and geriatrics; while working at the military hospital she also worked in the health department caring for adult patients.
